EVP of Housing Choice Voucher

About the role

The Executive Vice President of Housing Choice Voucher will lead the organization's efforts in managing and expanding the Housing Choice Voucher program. This individual will oversee all aspects of the program, including policy development, implementation, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of the Housing Choice Voucher program.
• Oversee the administration of the program, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the program.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as housing, public policy, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in housing programs, preferably in the Housing Choice Voucher program.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Strong understanding of federal and state housing policies and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of HUD guidelines and regulations.
