About the role

As a Salesforce Implementation Consultant on our Solution Delivery Team, you will work with new and existing customers to implement and improve improveit 360 software solutions to drive their operational success. You will use business analysis and communication skills to determine the detailed requirements of customers’ use cases and propose the best solutions for their consideration. You will be an advocate, consultant, and front-line implementer of solutions to enhance customer success over the long term.

Responsibilities

  • Work autonomously to deliver consulting, onboarding support, training, and other consulting services.
  • Provide outbound call support and on-site visits, guiding customers on industry best practices related to improveit 360 software.
  • Jointly plan, manage, and execute the configuration and delivery of improveit 360 software with customers, ensuring alignment with their requirements and objectives.
  • Team with Project & Relationship Managers to keep each other apprised of customer issues, requirements, proposed solutions, and project status.
  • Adhere to defined practices to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Review customer use of improveit 360 and make recommendations for improving business processes.
  • Document a complete understanding of customer’s product features, issues, forthcoming enhancements, and services.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of improveit 360 products (including gaps), services, internal processes, and industry best practices.
  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for improveit 360 software.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal resources to address system issues.
  • Provide supplemental online or onsite training as needed.
  • Work collaboratively to identify, reduce, or eliminate unnecessary risks for customers, partners, staff, or the organization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service or account management experience; implementation experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce administration, including creation of standard and custom objects and fields, email templates, workflows, etc.; 6+ months in a Salesforce.com administrator (or similar) role.
  • Strong oral and written presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated time management skills.
  • Adaptability to work independently or in a team environment at various times.
  • Proven ability to learn technical concepts and translate them to the appropriate audience.
  • Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented with an eye toward high-quality, on-time work.
  • Strong collaboration skills; ability to work with teams of people of varying skill levels.
  • Willingness to travel (as safety permits).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in technology or a related field (desired).
  • Salesforce admin certification (desired).
  • Experience with data analytics & reporting (desired).
  • Experience in B2C, SaaS, or SMB markets (desired).
  • Proven record designing, building, and optimizing features for SaaS products (desired).
  • Knowledge of the home improvement industry or similar businesses (desired).

Location

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. This role can be based anywhere in the United States—if you’re close to one of our offices, you can work in-office or 100% remotely. You must be eligible to work without sponsorship, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Pay

The target compensation for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 USD per year in most U.S. locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise.
