About the role
EverHealth is hiring a GTM-dedicated Salesforce Administrator to join the Revenue Operations team. This individual will be the primary Salesforce resource for the commercial organization — owning day-to-day Salesforce configuration, reporting, and system health for all GTM teams. They will operate within a federated admin model, executing high-velocity changes independently while partnering with the centralized Business Operations team for complex, cross-system, or architecture-level work. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations. The right candidate brings strong Salesforce configuration expertise, a service-oriented mindset, and the operational discipline to work within a structured SLA framework.
Responsibilities
- GTM Ticket Management & SLA Delivery
- Own and resolve all S and M GTM Admin tier tickets from GTM teams within defined SLA windows. Target: ≥90% on-time completion for S/M tiers.
- Maintain a ticket queue and status dashboard so GTM stakeholders have visibility into request status at all times.
- Triage incoming intake forms, confirm completeness, and flag missing information back to requestors within 1 business day.
- Salesforce Configuration (GTM Scope)
- Field, picklist, page layout, and list view updates on GTM objects (Lead, Contact, Account, Opportunity, Activity).
- Validation rules, formula fields, and record types for GTM use cases.
- Flows and automation rules on GTM objects (non-financial, non-Zuora-integrated) — all flows reviewed by BizOps before activation.
- Lead-to-Opportunity and Lead-to-Account field mapping configuration and UAT.
- Make/remove field required status with full null value and downstream impact analysis.
- Reporting & Dashboards
- Build, maintain, and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards for GTM teams.
- Own the GTM reporting library — ensuring reports are accurate, well-organized, and accessible to the right audiences.
- Partner with RevOps on pipeline, activity, and forecast reporting.
- HubSpot / Marketo ↔ Salesforce Integration (Lead Management Layer)
- Own field mappings, sync rules, and lifecycle stage logic between HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Monitor sync health, resolve mapping errors, and coordinate with the HubSpot portal admin for testing and deployment.
- Document all mapping changes in the integration runbook.
- GTM Tool Integrations (Existing — Mapping Layer Only)
- Maintain field mapping configurations for existing GTM tool integrations (e.g., Gong, ChiliPiper, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Fin).
- Escalate any structural integration changes (new objects, new tools, API changes) to BizOps.
- Optimize and continue to improve existing tools AI Integration
- Embed AI tools and solutions within existing solutions.
- Partner with AI expert in rebuilding an AI leading tech stack.
- Data Quality & Hygiene
- Monitor GTM data quality on key objects and fields; proactively flag and remediate common data issues.
- Run targeted data cleanup for GTM records in coordination with BizOps (who owns bulk load tooling).
- Document data quality standards for GTM fields and enforce through validation rules.
- Stakeholder Partnership
- Serve as the primary Salesforce point of contact for GTM teams — translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Facilitate UAT with requestors for all M tier and above deployments.
- Partner with BizOps on L/XL tier tickets where the GTM Admin is a requirements provider and UAT resource.
- Participate in RevOps team sprint planning and quarterly roadmap reviews.
- Documentation & Governance
- Maintain a living documentation library: field inventory, flow catalog, report index, integration runbooks.
- Log all changes with business context and rollback notes.
- Adhere to all change management protocols established by BizOps for the shared Salesforce org.
