About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate agile ceremonies tailored to business operations
• Coach team members on agile methodologies and best practices
• Maintain a prioritized backlog with clear acceptance criteria
• Act as the primary intake point for new stakeholder requests
• Ensure visibility for in-flight and queued work across the team
• Oversee project management tools and ensure effective usage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and manage expectations

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in operations, program management, or agile delivery roles
• Experience facilitating agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Asana
• Strong skills in facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in non-technical environments
• Experience creating and presenting delivery metrics and dashboards
