Events Specialist

About the role

Responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges. Works closely with clients to understand project requirements and ensures successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design and development of advanced engineering projects.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure project viability.
• Develop detailed technical specifications and oversee construction phases.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost constraints.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in engineering.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Knowledge of sustainable engineering practices and green building technologies.
