Events/Sales Consultant
Job Summary
The Events/Sales Consultant is responsible for selling fun at Urban Air. This role involves serving as the 'First Point of Contact' for guests, designing perfect combinations of food, drinks, and attractions for various events such as birthday parties, church events, sports groups, and corporate team building. Prospecting efforts, attending community events, and driving event business to the park are key responsibilities.
Duties
- Make quality connections with local organizations through outbound prospecting
- Attend chamber and other community events to drive brand awareness
- Work with the Park Team to deliver an excellent guest experience
- Sell the FUN and follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Represent Urban Air positively and enthusiastically
Requirements
- Outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Eager to learn and develop new sales skills
- Positive energy and "You Got It" attitude
- Positive outlook and willingness to go the extra mile
Qualifications
- Unlimited earning potential with base + commission
