Events Manager Senior Associate

The Activations Program enhances the experience for employees, clients, and guests at 270 Park through integrated physical and digital experiences that build community, reinforce culture and values, and educate, engage, and inspire. JPMC Talks is the firm's flagship educational speaker series, designed to build employees' awareness and understanding of JPMorganChase, our businesses, and timely topics that matter to—and engage—employees. As an Events Manager Senior Associate within the Digital Signage and Employee Engagement team within Corporate and Firmwide Employee Communications, you will execute and be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality employee events and activations at 270 Park. In addition, you will manage day-to-day logistics, serve as a key operational partner for both Employee Activations and the JPMC Talks global program.
Responsibilities
- Manage event logistics end-to-end for 270 Park activations and JPMC Talks
- Translate goals into detailed project plans, timelines, task lists, and day-of run-of-show documents
- Provide operational support for JPMC Talks, including speaker coordination, scheduling, rehearsal support, room setup, green room needs, and on-site speaker experience
- Own key execution workstreams, such as room booking
