Events Manager

About the role

We’re hiring an events manager to own Stedi’s presence at conferences, trade shows, and hosted events. You’ll own events end to end: decide which events are worth our time, negotiate sponsorships, manage logistics, and drive ROI from every event we attend.

Responsibilities

• Own Stedi's events calendar: research upcoming healthcare conferences and meetups, then recommend which events to attend or sponsor.
• Negotiate and book sponsorships, booths, and vendor contracts; manage invoices, exhibitor dashboards, and booth placements.
• Handle all logistics: registration, travel, lodging, booth build-outs, shipping, business cards, swag, and on-site setup.
• Coordinate booth staffing with sales leadership; register attendees, secure extra passes, and ensure full coverage.
• Plan and execute Stedi-owned events such as webinars, dinners, happy hours, and partner gatherings.
• Schedule and coordinate podcast recordings between our CEO and healthcare leaders.
• Measure ROI: develop and run a rubric that ties events to revenue and double down on what works.
• Pitch in on other tasks that support Stedi’s sales and marketing teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years owning B2B field marketing, including trade shows and hosted events, ideally in SaaS or healthcare.
• Exceptional ability to juggle many open threads simultaneously—hyper-responsive, organized, and thorough.
• Resourceful, self-motivating, and self-disciplined; you don’t wait to be told what to do.
• Data-first thinker who loves analyzing event performance and uncovering revenue trends, not just badge scans.
• Ability to match Stedi’s fast pace: respond with urgency, communicate progress, and proactively ask for help or feedback.
