Events Manager

About the role

Signature Bath Solutions of Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a team leader to develop, manage, and lead an Event Department and team of Demonstrators. You and your team will promote and sell our industry-leading home improvement brand in-person at shows and events throughout Pennsylvania, generating new prospective customers.

Responsibilities

• Find and book new shows and events for every weekend within your designated territory.
• Engage event patrons at booths to generate leads and schedule appointments that drive sales and profit.
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage your team of Event Demonstrators.
• Ensure promotional booths are set up beautifully and removed from events.
• Plan, coordinate, and organize schedules and calendars for you, your events, and your team.
• Weekly maintain, track, and report your department’s productivity, labor, inventory, and budget.
• Set and ensure goals for each event, week, and month are achieved.
• Keep open, regular, and prompt communication with supervision and other departments.

Requirements

• Team Management & Leadership experience.
• Customer Service or Business-to-Customer Marketing experience.
• Recruiting & Hiring experience (this will be a regular focus).
• Great interpersonal skills: you must enjoy talking with new people and customers.
• Valid Driver’s License & your own reliable vehicle.
• Ability to stand for extended hours while engaging customers at event booths.
• Basic computer literacy for administrative and reporting duties.
• Must want to work every weekend.
• Must live within a 30-minute drive of Mechanicsburg, PA (not a remote job).

Skills

• Promotional marketing experience at events is a big plus, but not required.

Pay

$900–$1,200 per week base salary, plus bonuses.
