Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and maintain event documentation (menus, proposals, executed contracts, etc.) to support event planning and operations
- Support venue, talent, and vendor communications, including follow-ups via email and phone to confirm details and timelines
- Maintain internal trackers and databases to support event logistics, reporting, and coordination
- Auxiliary with scheduling and calendar coordination for events and meetings
- Research and source new venues in resort towns, contributing to curated venue recommendation lists
- Aid in on-site event management and execution, gaining hands-on experience in live event operations
- Create and update Run of Show templates to support winter program execution
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 hours per week
- Availability to collaborate during typical business hours (Mon–Fri), with scheduling coordinated in advance
- Weekly progress updates aligned with internship goals and working hours
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Detail-oriented
