Events & Experiences Associate

About the role

The Events & Experiences Associate plays a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences by coordinating and executing premium Daily Fantasy Sports live events. This position involves supporting all aspects of event logistics, collaborating with the VIP Team, and representing the DraftKings brand.

Responsibilities

• Cook up and execute events for our top-tier customers.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee the planning and execution of large-scale events.
• Communicate with players to plan their itineraries and ensure a seamless travel experience.
• Design and produce events that showcase the DraftKings brand.
• Work with agencies to source hotels, partner with Legal to finalize contracts, and manage budgets.
• Represent DraftKings at events and provide exceptional hospitality experiences.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 1 year of event planning and management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Workspace.
• Experience supporting Legal contract negotiations (RFPs) and managing vendor relationships.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends as needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $55,200.00 USD - $69,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.
