Events Associate

About the role

This entry-level position provides onsite assistance to guests attending concerts, sports, conferences, or entertainment events. It is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers, and is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Greet attendees and provide directions
• Assist with seating, entry, ticketing questions, and venue policies
• Help resolve routine guest concerns
• Support safe, organized guest flow before, during, and after events

Qualifications

A strong fit is personable, dependable, composed in busy environments, comfortable starting conversations, attentive to details, and motivated to create a positive guest experience. Prior hospitality experience can be helpful, but many employers provide training for entry-level hires.
