Events Dishwasher (Part-Time)

Location: Rusty Rail Brewing Company – Mifflinburg, PA

Schedule: Nights & Weekends (Event-Based)

About The Role

Rusty Rail Brewing Company is looking for a reliable and hardworking Events Dishwasher to join our Events & Banquets Team. This position plays a key behind-the-scenes role in ensuring smooth service for weddings, banquets, and private events. You'll work closely with our kitchen and events staff to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dish area during high-volume service.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment during and after events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
• Support the culinary and banquet teams with setup, breakdown, and cleanup
• Assist with restocking and ensuring all dishware and utensils are ready for service
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures

Requirements

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and event hours (schedule varies week to week)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required – we'll train the right person!
