Event Coordination

Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children's birthday parties and other craft classes or events.

Engage with clients of all ages, from 4 to 94+, by creating an environment of fun and creativity.

  • Demonstrate and instruct party participants in the completion of craft projects.
  • Perform face painting and other activities.
  • Facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags, balloons, etc. to company standards.

Customer Experience

Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.

  • Provide fast and friendly checkout experience.
  • Educate customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
  • Communicate events with clients and store team members.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as answering emails, making phone calls, and completing paperwork as needed.
  • Adjust plans and events based on client’s feedback and needs.
  • Create backup or emergency plans to be executed as needed.
  • Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events.

Uphold the company’s cleanliness and safety standards. Set up, break down, and clean before and after each event.

Operational Tasks

  • Complete operational tasks including truck unload, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards as needed to deliver our Brand Promises.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
  • Ability to move throughout the store.
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Public Retail Store Setting

  • Work environment includes climate controlled public areas and some stock rooms that may not be climate controlled.
  • Outdoor work if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or while unloading trucks.

Frame Shop

  • Contains glass cutter and heat press.
