Events Attendant

About the role

This entry-level position supports banquet setup, guest service, replenishment, and event‑room operations. It is an on‑site hospitality role with regular face‑to‑face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. The position is not remote.

Responsibilities

• Set tables, chairs, linens, stations, and service items.
• Assist guests and event staff during functions.
• Replenish supplies and maintain organized service areas.
• Support room resets and event breakdown.

Qualifications

• Composed in busy environments.
• Comfortable starting conversations with guests.
• Attentive to details.
• Motivated to create a positive guest experience.
• Prior hospitality experience helpful, but training is provided for entry‑level hires.
