We are looking for an Events Admin Coordinator to support the growth of private dining, corporate events, and group bookings across our venues. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality who is looking to develop a career in events, sales, and luxury dining experiences. You will support the planning and sales of private events across Lifestyle Group’s restaurant portfolio, working closely with marketing and operations teams to manage enquiries, coordinate bookings, and deliver exceptional guest experiences from enquiry through to event execution.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Events Manager, ensuring efficient management of event enquiries and bookings.
- Manage incoming event enquiries, maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and other event-related documentation as directed by the Events Manager.
- Coordinate event logistics with operational departments to ensure all requirements are communicated accurately.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding information, confirmations, and documentation.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, venue inspections, and event planning activities.
- Maintain organized event files, calendars, and booking schedules.
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners to support the successful delivery of events.
- Attend fairs and onsite events when required to provide administrative and operational support.
- Work evenings and weekends based on business requirements and event schedules.
- Carry out any other administrative duties related to the Events function as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Confident dealing with clients and managing multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
