What You’ll Impact
As the Events Activation Manager, you will:
- Create meaningful opportunities for community members, volunteers, partners, and sponsors to engage with CASL's mission.
- Strengthen community relationships, increase organizational visibility, and support fundraising and outreach efforts through strategic activations.
- Build sustainable partnerships and engagement opportunities that expand CASL's reach and long-term impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to enhance community engagement and partnership building.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Community Development, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, community engagement, or a related field.
- Experience working with diverse communities and stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with fundraising and grant writing.
- Knowledge of community organizing and coalition-building.
