MANAGER, SITE EVENTS & ACTIVATIONS

Job Summary

The Manager, Site Events & Activations leads the planning, management, and execution of a defined suite of employee-facing events, programs, and activations for an assigned client account across one or more sites. This role helps shape, propose, and deliver an approved annual calendar of events that aligns with the client's business priorities, workplace strategy, employee experience goals, and site needs. The Manager serves as a key partner in transforming client objectives into meaningful, well-executed experiences that drive awareness, connection, and participation throughout the year.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary if candidate has related conference services experience
• At least five years hotel or conference center experience
• Absent of industry trends
• Superior quantitative, oral and written communications and problem-solving/strategizing skills
• Excellent overall computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Proactive mindset to anticipate and support changes in our business
• Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior
• Exceptional customer service abilities

Salary and Other Forms of Compensation

Salary: $80,000 - $89,000 / year
Other Forms of Compensation: bonus
