About the role

Our Beauty client is seeking an experienced Event Videographer to capture and produce high-quality video content at an upcoming event in Las Vegas on Monday October 19th. This will be a full day event running 8am - 5pm. They would like a final, polished video to be delivered. The role focuses on documenting live events, creating cinematic footage and collaborating with clients and creative teams to ensure the final footage reflects brand standards and campaign objectives. The ideal candidate balances strong technical skills with an eye for style and storytelling in fast-paced, high-profile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and pre-produce video coverage with event organizers and creative directors to align on scope, shot lists, and timelines.
• Capture high-quality footage at events including demonstrations, workshops, backstage moments, and model transformations.
• Operate professional camera systems, lenses, stabilizers (gimbals, steadicams), and audio equipment to deliver broadcast-quality video and sound.
• Compose cinematic shots that reflect the luxury and fashion brand aesthetic; adapt framing and lighting for beauty and close-up product work.
• Perform color correction, grading, audio mixing, and final export using industry-standard editing tools to ensure consistent, polished deliverables.
• Work collaboratively with photographer, stylists, PR teams, and clients on-site; maintain a discreet, professional presence during high-profile events.
• Meet tight deadlines and adjust quickly to changing schedules or creative direction during live events.
• Maintain and care for video gear, keep up to date with technology and trends in luxury, beauty, and fashion videography.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional videography experience with a strong portfolio of event work, preferably including luxury, beauty, or fashion events.
• Proven proficiency with professional camera systems (DSLR/mirrorless/cinema cameras), lenses, gimbals, lighting, and on-camera audio equipment.
• Advanced editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve; experience with color grading and audio post-production.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for composition, styling, and movement tailored to luxury and beauty aesthetics.
• Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced, live environments, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with high-profile clients, talent, and brand teams.
• In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
• This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
