We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We have Position Overview (maybe About the role). Responsibilities: Key Job Responsibilities with subpoints. Qualifications: Job Qualifications. Skills: Competencies. Benefits: mention benefits options. Pay: Hourly Pay Range. Schedule: Working times irregular hours etc. Physical Requirements maybe part of Requirements? Could be separate but not required heading. We'll include sections: About the role (from Position Overview). Responsibilities (Key Job Responsibilities). Qualifications (Job Qualifications). Skills (Competencies). Benefits (benefits options). Pay (Hourly Pay Range). Schedule (Working times). Ensure we don't repeat job title. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Remove duplicated lines. Remove application instructions. Remove links? Probably keep URLs? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep URLs as part of text? They are part of posting; they are substantive? Might be considered navigation? They are links to career path etc. Might be considered part of posting. Probably keep them as plain text within

. We'll not wrap them in because not asked. Just keep text. We need to use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities list, we need
    • . For qualifications list, also list. For competencies list, list. For benefits maybe just a paragraph? There's a sentence: "Encore is committed to providing the best benefits options for our employees and families. Click here to view the benefits options for our employees worldwide." That's not a list; we can put in

. For schedule: "Working times will include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays." That's a sentence; we can put in

. For pay: "Hourly Pay Range: $14.22 - $18.49 The compensation offered ..." We'll put in

. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. Let's craft HTML:

Final compensation is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant work experience, or particular skills and expertise. In addition, some positions may be eligible for other compensation such as potential overtime, bonuses or incentives.

      Schedule

Working times will include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We should also maybe include Work Environment? Not a required heading; could be omitted. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could incorporate work environment into About the role or Responsibilities? But it's separate. Might be okay to omit as not required heading. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information. If we omit Work Environment, we lose info. Could we add a section "Work Environment"? Not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are only those listed. So we must fit that info into one of those sections. Perhaps add to About the role or Responsibilities. Could add a sentence in About the role: "Work is performed in a hotel/convention center environment..." etc. Let's incorporate into About the role paragraph. Similarly Physical Requirements could go into Qualifications or Responsibilities? Probably Qualifications. We'll add a bullet under Qualifications for physical requirements. We need to preserve all substantive info: Physical Requirements details, Work Environment details. Let's add to Qualifications a bullet: "Physical Requirements: Team members must be able to meet the physical demands outlined..." but that's long. Could break into multiple bullets? Might be too detailed but we need to preserve. We'll include as a bullet summarizing. Similarly Work Environment: add to About the role. Let's adjust. About the role paragraph: combine Position Overview and Work Environment. "Position Overview A Technician is responsible for the set up and operation of basic / small-scale audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. This position reports to an Operations Manager, Operations Director or Director, Event Technology. Work Environment: Hotel work is performed in a hotel/convention center environment with moderate exposure to outdoor temperatures and to dirt, sand and/or dust. The working conditions will vary between moderately quiet to noisy volumes. Team members will use high-end audio-visual equipment and electrical components and will be exposed to heights via lifts and ladders. Team members may be asked to work in multiple hotel locations. Working times will include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Encore based on an individual hotel or a representation of hotels in that city or area." But note we already have Schedule section for working times; we might duplicate. Better to keep schedule separate. So About the role includes Position Overview and maybe Work Environment except schedule. We'll keep schedule separate. Thus About the role: Position Overview + Work Environment (excluding schedule). Let's craft. Work Environment sentence: "Hotel work is performed in a hotel/convention center environment with moderate exposure to outdoor temperatures and to dirt, sand and/or dust. The working conditions will vary between moderately quiet to noisy volumes. Team members will use high-end audio-visual equipment and electrical components and will be exposed to heights via lifts and ladders. Team members may be asked to work in multiple hotel locations. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Encore based on an individual hotel or a representation of hotels in that city or area." Now Schedule section: "Working times will include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays." Now Physical Requirements: add to Qualifications as bullet. Let's craft Qualifications bullet list with items: - High School Diploma required. Associate’s degree is preferred. - External applicants must meet/validate and achieve/complete all training and certifications required for this position, within 60 days of start date. For technical external requirements, view our career path at jobs.encoreglobal.com and "career path" or the direct link below https://jobs.encoreglobal.com/en/career-paths - Internal applicants must meet/complete all training and certification requirements as determined by Encore’s Global Learning Training Program in their current position, and for the position they are applying to. Navigate to Connect, HR, Recruiting and Internal Employee Resources to review technical requirements. - 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred. - 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred. - A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles. Additional DOT requirements may need to be met if applicable. - Must be able to lift 50 lbs. - Physical Requirements: Team members must be able to meet the physical demands outlined (sitting 2-3 hrs, standing 4-5 hrs, walking 4-5 hrs, stooping 2-3 hrs, crawling 2-3 hrs, kneeling 2-3 hrs, bending 2-3 hrs, reaching above head 2-3 hrs, climbing 0-1 hrs, grasping 4-5 hrs; lifting: 0-15 lbs continuously, 16-50 lbs frequently, 51-100 lbs occasionally, over 100 lbs occasionally; carrying: 0-15 lbs continuously, 16-50 lbs frequently, 51-100 lbs occasionally, over 100 lbs never; auditory/visual: close vision continuously, distance vision continuously, color vision frequently, peripheral vision occasionally, depth perception frequently, hearing continuously; pushing/pulling: 0-15 lbs continuously, 16-50 lbs frequently, 51-100 lbs frequently, over 100 lbs occasionally). Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. That's a lot but we need to preserve. We'll keep as one bullet maybe too long but okay. Now Benefits: we have sentence about benefits and also "We pride ourselves on cultivating a welcoming culture where every individual is celebrated for their unique strengths and differences. Click here to view details on our commitment to inclusivity and belonging." That's also substantive. Should we include? It's about inclusivity. Could be part of Benefits or maybe separate but we don't have a heading for culture. Could add to Benefits paragraph. Thus Benefits paragraph: "Encore is committed to providing the best benefits options for our employees and families. Click here to view
