Event Support Technician (Pool)

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event spaces, including moving and arranging tables, chairs, and other event‑related materials.
• Provide onsite support during events.
• Respond to reasonable customer and facility needs.
• Help ensure event spaces are maintained and prepared according to expectations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned based on event and operational needs.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to learn other technology used to support events.
• Ability to read and follow event layout diagrams and accurately set up event spaces according to provided specifications.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with event setup and breakdown.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move event‑related equipment and furnishings, including tables and chairs, as well as stack and arrange chairs as needed.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while providing professional and responsive customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, based on event and facility needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Knowledge or experience with sound/audio equipment (preferred but not required).

Schedule

This part‑time position requires a flexible work schedule based on scheduled events and facility rentals. Candidates must be available to work varying hours, which may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
