Location: Pullman, WA • Pay: $20/hr • Part-time (event-based; shifts vary by event calendar)

As an Event Supervisor, you will play a critical role in upholding our reputation by ensuring the safety and security of attendees, staff, and property.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service as a top priority
• Observe, survey the area, and provide detailed reporting on activity at your assigned location
• Provide rapid response in critical situations
• Read and write detailed incident reports
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards as needed
• Maintain an excellent uniform appearance and grooming standards in accordance with BEST Crowd Management standards
• Hold subordinate officers accountable

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Must pass an extensive screening process
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in security, military, and/or law enforcement
• Leadership or management experience
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Personable with strong soft skills
• Valid security license or willingness to obtain one if required by local regulations
