Event Staff (Ushers, Ticket Taker, & Guest Services)

About the role

Bon Secours Wellness Arena is seeking energetic and guest-focused individuals to join our Event Staff team. You'll be the face of the fan experience, rotating through roles such as ticket taking, ushering, greeter, security, and more.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure smooth, accurate venue access
• Guide guests to their seats and help them feel at home
• Be the friendly first impression that sets the tone for the night
• Keep aisles and egress areas clear
• Direct guests to seating, restrooms, and concessions
• Stand at established checkpoints
• Partner with supervisors to handle any situation that arises

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older with a High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred)
• Basic comfort with technology: navigating a scheduling website, checking email, and using a mobile app for timekeeping

Benefits

• Scheduling - PICK THE SHIFTS (DAYS & TIMES) YOU WANT TO WORK !!!! (must work a minimum 2 shifts per month)
• Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly; Direct Deposit required
• Hourly Rate: $11.25 per hour
• FLSA status: non-exempt
• Work Shift: average 6 hours per event, times/days vary, select shifts that work best for your schedule, must be available to work at least two (2) shifts every month

Pay

• Hourly Rate: $11.25 per hour

Schedule

• Available for a flexible schedule including daytime weekday shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
