Position Summary

Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services. This seasonal role from July 27, 2026, to August 9, 2026, pays an hourly rate of $15.50.

Responsibilities

• Welcome fans with a great smile and helpful attitude
• Scan event tickets, ensuring proper usage
• Monitor assigned area for issues and opportunities
• Respond to guest concerns/complaints promptly and professionally
• Aware of and report potential hazards
• Assist guests in ADA-accessible seating sections
• Enforce building policies and procedures
• Manage foot traffic flow during large crowds
• Check guests' identification to verify age requirements for alcohol purchases
• Be knowledgeable about the arena's emergency evacuation plan

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality or entertainment environment preferred
• Loves working with and helping people
• Ability to stand for long periods in all weather conditions
• Maintains a positive attitude in handling difficult situations
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
