About the role

Responsibilities

• Safety and wellbeing of patrons, guests, and performers.
• Hospitality security with all clients, guests, and co‑workers.
• Access control.
• Follow venue‑specific guidelines.
• Foot patrols.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• No felony convictions; must pass a criminal background check (federal, state, local).
• Available to work a minimum of 4+ events per month.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Physical requirements: able to stand or walk for 4–8‑hour shifts; respond to emergency situations; work outdoors during operational hours; hear conversations in noisy environments (in person or via 2‑way radio); occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay

Rate of pay: $18.50 per hour.

Schedule

Evenings and weekends, with limited day shifts; scheduled for a minimum of 4–6 events per month.
