Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Allow appropriate entry into each venue; collect and/or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct traffic coming in and out of the venue.
• Demonstrate understanding of venue policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Initiate a genuine, friendly greeting to guests and a sincere thank you at the end of each encounter.
• Provide helpful directions or suggestions to enhance guests’ entertainment experience.
• Interact with guests using a smile, natural speaking voice, inflection, and friendly tone.
• Direct foot traffic and ensure cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and post‑offer/pre‑employment drug/alcohol test (and possible Driver’s Record check).
• Professional, articulate, able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

Starting pay: $15‑15.80 per hour; weekly pay.

Schedule

Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends; part‑time flexible scheduling under 30 hours/week.
