Club Concessions Manager - Acrisure Stadium

About the role

The Club Manager oversees premium/club-level operations to support all events at the stadium.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff to ensure the club operation is fully staffed and employees are trained in all aspects of the operation.
• Ensure staff is in proper uniform, stations are room ready, and member special requests are in place.
• Ensure all products and services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storage of all products.
• Deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events.
• Oversee day-to-day club-level operations and assist the catering team off-season or during other periods to oversee premium special events.
• Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
• Ensure the Club operates on agreed-upon Aramark S&E Premium standards.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the club operation, including sanitation, safety, and security measures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to food service and alcohol service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or at least 3 years of related experience required.
• Previous experience in a manager-level role in special events, hospitality, or catering required.
• Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and client relation skills.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team dynamic.
• Complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Availability to work event-based hours including evenings, weekends, and potentially holidays.
