Event Setup Coordinator

Part-time role paying $25/hour.

About the role

The Event Setup Coordinator sets up Universal Windows Direct’s marketing events, promotes UWD’s product line, and implements the company’s award-winning marketing setup while maintaining the positive image, brand, and reputation of Universal Windows Direct.

Responsibilities

• Attends trade shows and events to set up UWD’s exclusive line of products.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with coworkers to ensure everything is properly set and organized.
• Ensures all equipment is set and ready to go for all events.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience setting up at events and trade shows.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and desire to assist customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.

Pay

$25 per hour.
