Join our team of elite hospitality professionals at the state-of-the-art KPMG Lakehouse in Lake Nona. The facility features 800 single king bed sleeping rooms, over 100,000 sq/ft of multi-purpose meeting space, and four unique food and beverage venues, including a 500+ seat three-meal venue offering eight diverse culinary experiences. Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage service at the facility during event functions.
• Provide food and beverage service in nourishment stations, guest lounges, and buffet stations.
• Ensure the facility social space is visually appealing and service is efficient and memorable.
• Perform linen and table setting, food station preparation and design, beverage service, and meeting room refreshes.
• Position does not receive gratuities or service charge.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet serving experience or related experience in a similar setting.
• Refined oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, participants, and business partners.
• Ability to adapt to various situations as they arise and display empathy in all interactions with colleagues and participants.
• Energetic and thrive to connect with others in delivering unparalleled service.
