About the role
Responsible for managing event servers to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and up-to-date.
- Train new staff on server management procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in server management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with server monitoring tools and software.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of network security protocols.
