Event Server (Hourly)

Responsibilities

• Set up various types of events, making necessary adjustments as per Event Orders
• Execute different styles of service, including tray pass, buffet, plated, and more
• Break down event areas and complete related tasks
• Attend meetings to stay aligned with event details and updates
• Fulfill additional requests and complete assigned side work as needed

Work Environment and Conditions

• This role requires attendance at client events at a variety of venues often outside of normal business hours and throughout the Greater Atlanta area.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by event schedules and client needs.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and organized approach.

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing and walking
• Occasional stooping, kneeling and crawling
• Frequent ascending or descending of ladders, stairs and/or ramps
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours per shift
• Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing and rotation of the spine, elbows and wrists
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular and continuing basis
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs, i.e. case of wine, full ice buckets, etc
• Must be able to listen and speak, for both guest, client and team member interaction
• Constant use of POS/Computer systems
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
