Event Security - Conventions, Music Festivals & Sporting Events

About the role

IPS NATIONWIDE is actively hiring Event Security Guards throughout the Northern California Region for upcoming concerts, festivals, conventions, sporting events, corporate activations and large-scale live events. This is a flexible event-based position ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the security industry, work in high-energy environments, and be part of major events across Northern California.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of attendees at various events
• Interact with event staff and vendors to maintain order and compliance with event policies
• Perform routine patrols and monitor areas for potential hazards
• Handle emergency situations as needed
• May require wearing a black suit and tie for certain events

Requirements

• Valid BSIS Guard Card
• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to work long hours
• Weekend Availability
• Dependable, Punctual and Team-Oriented

Qualifications

IPS NATIONWIDE is seeking individuals who are reliable, dependable, and team-oriented. Previous experience in event security is preferred but not required. Applicants should have a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment for all attendees.

Pay

Payrate: $20/Hr for regular events, $22/Hr for Black Suit & Tie Events

Schedule

This is an event-based position, with schedules varying based on the specific event and location. Shifts may vary from early morning to late evening, and weekends are typically required.
