IPS NATIONWIDE is actively hiring Event Security Guards throughout the Northern California region for upcoming concerts, festivals, conventions, sporting events, corporate activations, and large-scale live events.

About the role

This is a flexible, event-based position ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the security industry, work in high-energy environments, and be part of major events across Northern California.

Locations

San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, Sacramento, Napa, and surrounding areas.

Pay

• $20/hour for regular events
• $22/hour for Black Suit & Tie events

Requirements

• Valid BSIS Guard Card
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work long hours
• Weekend availability
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
