About the role
This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States. The position supports corporate events, conferences, destination events, project coordination, attendee support, marketing, and remote event administration.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate event schedules, registrations, attendee requests, project tasks, marketing support, and follow-up using digital collaboration tools.
- Maintain accurate event records, deadlines, vendor or attendee details, status updates, and supporting documentation.
- Communicate with attendees, clients, vendors, partners, or internal teams by email, phone, chat, and shared systems.
- Track assigned milestones, identify missing information or routine exceptions, and escalate issues according to documented procedures.
- Prepare concise updates, reports, schedules, and handoff notes so event work can be completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
- Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
- Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or web-based systems.
- Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
- Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.
