Event Sales & Marketing Agent for San Diego County (Full-time) - $18.57/hr + Training Pay* + $2,000 Sign-On* Potential
Pay
Base wage: $18.57 per hour. Annual pay range (base wages + production pay) reasonably expected between $27,500 and $72,000.
Sign‑On Bonus potential: up to $2,000 total — $1,000 paid after 45 days and $1,000 paid after six months of employment (requires 1 year of marketing timeshare experience for full amount).

Responsibilities
- Schedule sales presentations or offer specially priced vacation packages to guests attending an event and at off‑site locations such as shopping malls and airports.
- Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
- Ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation or purchase a vacation package meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
- Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
- Contribute to team goals.
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
- Enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred.
- Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
Physical demands
Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
