- Up to $2,000 with 1 year of marketing timeshare experience
- $1,000 paid after forty-five days, $1,000 paid after six months of employment
- Up to $1,000 with no timeshare experience
- $500 paid after forty-five days, $500 paid after six months of employment
Pay
A base wage of $18.57 per hour with production pay where the annual pay range (base wages + production pay) is reasonably expected to be between $27,500 and $72,000.

Responsibilities
- Schedule sales presentations or offer specially priced vacation packages to guests attending an event and at off-site locations such as shopping malls and airports
- Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
- Ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation or purchase a vacation package meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
- Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Highest motivation with sales or customer service experience
- Enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
- Telemarketing, and/or sales experience preferred

Schedule
Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements. Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
