Essential Functions
- Manage the sales pipeline from inquiry to contract, maintaining organized files of all communication and client inquiries with prompt, professional follow-up.
- Expertly present our food and beverage options to clients, creating detailed, customized proposals.
- Produce and service all aspects of wedding and social events, including event space design and food & beverage selections.
- Produce comprehensive Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and detailed floor plans to ensure flawless communication and execution of the entire event, including food & beverage, timeline, and vendor coordination.
- Serve as the primary client contact, building strong, trusting relationships throughout the planning process to meet and exceed expectations.
- Cook up and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage event timelines and the complete production of each event.
- Oversee event setup and execution to ensure all details are aligned with the client's vision.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in Catering, Hospitality, and/or Sales, including weddings and food & beverage experience-preferably in a management role.
- Direct experience managing weddings from sale to execution is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Events, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong knowledge of industry-relevant Catering Sales Systems (Caterease experience is a plus) and room diagramming software.
- Knowledge of sales and event operations in a high-end hospitality environment.
