EVENT PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

LSP Audio Visual is a fast-growing full-service audiovisual event company based in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. Since 2001, we specialize in providing expert audio, lighting, video, and staging solutions for events of all sizes. Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload production trucks; transport gear to event sites
• Set up, operate, and strike audio, video, and lighting equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
• Communicate with clients to coordinate event logistics and technical needs
• Operate digital audio consoles, projectors, and DMX lighting systems
• Perform rigging, hanging, and focusing of lighting equipment, sometimes at heights
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
• Work independently on-site with professionalism and confidence

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
• 4+ years of event production experience
• Strong knowledge of stage lighting, live sound, and video systems
• Experience with ETC consoles, DMX programming, and digital sound boards
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
• Comfortable working long days, evenings, and weekends
• Effective communicator and team player under pressure
