Job Summary
Iowa Speedway, located near Des Moines, Iowa, is seeking seasonal event operations staff to assist with the NASCAR race weekend. The track hosts two major race weekends annually, featuring the ARCA Menards Series and the NTT INDYCAR Series.
Responsibilities
- Checking in/checking out event staff and ensuring appropriate attire and equipment is issued.
- Preparing credential documents leading into event and executing the disbursement and collection of credentials per company policies on event days.
- Working with promoters to manage the organization/operation of the credential buildings on event weekend.
Requirements
- Minimum age 18 years old.
- Strong communication skills including written reports.
- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the track location.
- Must be available during August 7 - 9 for NASCAR race weekend.

- Maintain a positive attitude at all times.

- Have general computer skills.
- Flexible to fill in where needed and work in a fast-paced environment.
