Event Marketing Specialist
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should include only sections that have real content.
We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content.
Let's parse the posting.
First paragraph: "Event Marketing Specialist - Remote Internet2 is a non-profit, member-driven advanced research and education (R&E) technology organization. Founded in 1996, we provide high-performance infrastructure and integrated cloud solutions, a secure trust fabric, and collaborative forums that allow U.S. higher education and research institutions to drive the next generation of scientific and academic discovery. National High-Performance Infrastructure : Delivers a resilient, secure, and automated network built for the most advanced scientific applications with a reduced environmental footprint. Seamless Global Access : Provides secure Wi-Fi at over 44,000 locations and facilitates worldwide collaboration through connectivity with international R&E networks. Community-Powered Cloud Solutions : Streamlines access to major cloud providers through community-powered procurement, pre-negotiated terms, and customized R&E services. Advanced Identity & Security : Establishes trust frameworks and access management tools that protect institutional data while enabling seamless cross-border collaboration. Community-Driven Innovation : Convenes R&E peers to co-create custom infrastructure, solve shared challenges, and transcend institutional boundaries. Read our 2025 Annual Report and visit our website ( www.internet2.edu ) to learn more about us."
That's about the organization. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is about the position. But we have a "Position Summary:" section later. So we can treat the organization description as maybe "About the organization" but not required headings. The headings we can use are limited to those listed: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content accordingly.
We have Position Summary: describes role, responsibilities. Then sections: Email Strategy & Content, Multi-Channel Event Promotion, Campaign Production Collaboration, Quality Assurance & Approvals, In-Event Marketing Experience. Those are responsibilities.
Then "The Ideal Candidate:" includes required qualifications and preferred qualifications.
Then "What We Offer:" includes benefits.
Then "Pay Grade: B-4 Expected Hiring Range: $63,200 - $71,100 Starting salary is commensurate and may vary with experience and education. For pay transparency purposes, the full salary range is: $63,200 - $94,800"
Thus we have Pay info.
We also have "Ability to travel up to 10% per year within the United States to support Internet2 events and attend team planning meetings." That could be part of Requirements or Qualifications.
We have "Cover letter required, highlighting directly relevant experience." That's application instruction, should be removed.
We have EEO statement: remove.
We have "Internet2 is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and equal opportunity employer (EOE). All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to any characteristic protected by local, state, or federal laws, rules, or regulations." Remove.
We need to avoid duplication.
Now we need to produce HTML with headings and content using
and
- for lists.
We need to decide sections:
- About the role: Could contain Position Summary and maybe organization description? But "About the role" likely about the role itself. We'll put Position Summary there.
- Responsibilities: list of duties (Email Strategy & Content, Multi-Channel Event Promotion, Campaign Production Collaboration, Quality Assurance & Approvals, In-Event Marketing Experience). Could be bullet list.
- Requirements: maybe required qualifications (Bachelor's degree, 6+ years experience, Pardot, etc). Also travel requirement.
- Qualifications: maybe preferred qualifications? But we already have Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine into Requirements and Qualifications sections. However the instruction says we can use those headings. We'll put Required Qualifications under "Requirements" and Preferred Qualifications under "Qualifications" maybe. Or we could put both under Requirements and Qualifications accordingly.
- Skills: maybe list of skills like writing, analytical, etc. Could be extracted from Ideal Candidate.
- Benefits: from What We Offer.
- Pay: from Pay Grade.
- Schedule: maybe not present; we have no schedule info (like full-time, remote). The posting mentions Remote but not schedule. Could we infer full-time? It says "As a full-time employee". That's schedule info: full-time. So we can include Schedule section with "Full-time, remote". But we need to ensure we only include if posting has real specific content. It does say "As a full-time employee". So we can include Schedule: Full-time, remote.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details like the organization description? Might be considered substantive but not under any heading. Could we include it under About the role? The About the role heading could include both organization description and position summary. But we must not repeat the job title as a heading. That's fine.
We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Read our 2025 Annual Report and visit our website ( www.internet2.edu ) to learn more about us." That's maybe okay as part of About the role? It's about the organization, not boilerplate. It's substantive. We'll keep.
We must remove duplicated lines. There's no obvious duplication.
Now produce HTML.
