Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute events while supporting various marketing activities and functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage logistics for tradeshows, sponsorships, and corporate events.
- Coordinate tradeshow schedules, booth and displays, services; staffing, hotels and registration, sponsorships, shipments, and event materials.
- Manage event logistics including registration, communication, venue, A/V, etc.
- Assist in negotiation agreements with outside service providers, venues and contractors to ensure lowest cost and highest quality of service.
- Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, and developing schedules and assignments.
- Maintain trade show booth and asset inventory.
- Cook up company events, tradeshows, webinars, and promotional activities, including logistics, vendor management, booth materials, scheduling, and onsite support.
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing efforts to support brand awareness and lead generation.
- Support email marketing initiatives including template creation, list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with designers to create visually consistent and on-brand materials across all channels.
- Use analytics tools to monitor the performance of campaigns and events; prepare reports and data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and support strategic marketing decisions.
- Partner with product managers and sales teams to align marketing materials with product positioning and customer needs.
- Maintain organized marketing assets, project files, digital libraries, and event materials.
- Stay current with marketing, digital advertising, and event trends while identifying opportunities to improve workflow and team effectiveness.
- Communicate regularly with internal teams and managers to identify improvements to current processes and materials.
- Maintain a professional understanding of marketing disciplines through continued education and industry research.
- Perform all duties in a manner that follows, demonstrates, and promotes Company’s values.
- Report to work as scheduled, on time, and able to work entire work schedule.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Functions
