Role Responsibilities
- Supervise banquet staff, porters, and bartenders to maintain high service standards throughout the event.
- Lead and mentor a team of Event Coordinators, ensuring balanced workloads and professional growth.
- Guide teams to deliver high-quality events that enhance Terrain's reputation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws.
- Serve as the on-site contact for weddings, managing the seamless transition from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception.
- Collaborate with retail partners to plan and execute joint campus events, aligning with brand and fiscal goals.
- Cover all aspects of vendor coordination, ensuring they adhere to venue policies and timelines.
- Conduct detail meetings to finalize floor plans, menus, and run-of-show.
- Oversee the planning and execution of events, from sales transition to day-of logistics, ensuring all details align with the venue's aesthetic and brand standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Act as the "silent hero" - fixing a snagged hem or contacting a late vendor before the couple even notices.
- Ensure all venue facilities are maintained and proper procedures are followed to ensure the equipment and establishment are operating fully.
- Serve as the primary contact for the Terrain events team, ensuring seamless communication with retail and cafe partners across the brand.

- A master in logistics, including time maintenance, team building, and day of execution.
- Knowledgeable when it comes to reading a P&L and understanding budgets.
- Invested in business development and team growth.
- TIP/RAMP Certification, or willing to become certified.
- Serve Safe Certified, or willing to become certified.
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a team manager in a comparable restaurant or event environment.
- Strong work ethic and excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Personable and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours), nights, weekends and holidays.

Pay Range
USD $60,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 /Yr.
