Key Responsibilities
- Logistics & Admin: Manage hotel room blocks, coordinate staff travel, and schedule venue walkthroughs.
- Sponsorship Management: Collaborate with event organizers to finalize sponsorship agreements.
- Sponsorship Fulfillment: Track, gather, and deliver all contractual sponsor deliverables and brand assets.
- Vendor Coordination: Interface with all vendors to ensure on-time execution.
- On-Site Execution: Oversee registration, guest lists, and technical troubleshooting during live events.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing corporate conferences, seminars, and VIP dinners.
- Proven ability to read, interpret, and fulfill sponsorship contract line items.
- Experience managing complex hotel room blocks and group booking logistics.
- Mastery of event software to finalize registration of attendees and event logistics.
- Strong negotiation skills for handling venue contracts and organizer disputes.
