Event Executive

Event Executive role supporting a nationwide luxury automotive experiential driving tour. Heavy focus on onsite event execution, vendor coordination, and real-time problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support the National Driving Program team in developing, running, and implementing key program elements
• Serve as a key onsite team member, collaborating with agency partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
• Act as primary onsite point of contact for select partners and collaborators, proactively troubleshooting and resolving issues in real time
• Handle event logistics including registration oversight, staffing coordination, asset placement, and experiential elements
• Track and manage event materials, branded assets, and inventory across markets
• Lead onsite event registration

Requirements

• Passion for the luxury automotive industry
• 1+ years of experience in event planning, event production, or experiential marketing preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems in fast-paced, live event environments
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners while also working independently
• Professional presence and strong communication skills, with willingness to represent a luxury brand in client and consumer-facing settings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record
• Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically (60-75%) and work weekends or holidays as needed

Pay

$40,000 annually, overtime-eligible.
