Event Coordinator
About the role
RTS is an enthusiast‑culture company that builds at the intersection of gaming, creators, and brands. From global live events to bespoke branded content, we create meaningful connections between fans and the worlds they love. Our team brings deep expertise across partnership sales and marketing, talent management, event production, media, community building, and IP development.
For over 20 years, The Evolution Championship Series (Evo) has produced the largest and longest‑running fighting‑game tournament conventions in the world. Evo’s events are rallying points where fans, publishers, developers, and brands celebrate fighting games and the communities that love them. Beyond our established live events, Evo’s mission continues to evolve to create, celebrate, and renew fighting‑game fandom.
As Events Coordinator, you will play an important role in the planning and execution of Evo and RTS live events globally. You will work closely with the Events Manager and VP of Operations to determine your role across events of varying scales and complexity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and hands‑on execution, can operate independently, and can manage client groups, details, and production timelines effectively. You will collaborate with internal teams including marketing, partnerships, content, and broadcast, as well as external agencies and contractors.
