Responsibilities
- Represent Oklahoma Water Pros at local home shows, expos, and community events
- Create a positive first impression with homeowners and event attendees
- Help plan and coordinate upcoming events
- Research and schedule new events that generate customer interest
- Work with event organizers and vendors
- Set up and break down event booths and displays
- Train and help manage event staff and brand ambassadors
- Talk with homeowners about our bathroom remodeling solutions
- Schedule free in-home consultations for qualified customers
- Collect customer information and follow up on leads
- Track event results and help improve performance
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Comfortable approaching and talking with new people
- Reliable and willing to work weekends
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Sales, promotions, hospitality, retail, or event experience is a plus
- Ledership experience is a plus but not required
