About the role

RiVidium is seeking an Event & Campaign Coordinator to support their planned MODES III team, which focuses on Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). The role supports Outreach & Engagement Services and helps deliver mission-focused outcomes for service members, families, and related stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Cook up planning and execution support for campaigns, events, and audience engagement activities.
  • Keep tabs on schedules, dependencies, logistics, and supporting materials across campaign actions.
  • Help out with after-action capture, metrics gathering, and follow-up coordination.
  • Make sure events and campaign touchpoints align with messaging and stakeholder needs.

Requirements

  • Got a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Have relevant experience that aligns with the role and labor category; positions can be filled at Mid (5-8 years) or Senior (10-15 years).
  • Be able to meet applicable government personnel security requirements for the role and handle sensitive but unclassified information.
  • Show strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment.

Qualifications

  • Have a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Have relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Mid (5-8 yrs), Senior (10-15 yrs).
  • Be able to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role and work with sensitive but unclassified information.
  • Show strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment.

Skills

  • Support public sector, defense, or mission-focused digital communications programs.
  • Familiarity with audience analytics, user-centered design, accessibility, and content performance measurement.
  • Experience collaborating across content, design, stakeholder engagement, social media, and campaign teams.

Schedule

The work setting is expected to support work in the Alexandria, Virginia area, with on-site support at the DoD Mark Center or other customer-approved locations as required. Hybrid support in the Alexandria, Virginia area is expected, with on-site support as required by the customer.
