What You'll Do
- Own recruiting for a high-volume remote hiring program supporting Channel Blend
- Review applications, screen candidates, and quickly identify strong fits for Customer Service Representative roles
- Manage candidates through the recruiting process from first contact through offer stage
- Schedule and coordinate interviews while creating a positive, engaging candidate experience
- Keep candidates warm, informed, and excited throughout the process
- Partner closely with hiring leaders and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Communicate job expectations clearly, including schedule availability, work-from-home requirements, and next steps
- Help maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates to support hiring goals and business demand
- Track candidate activity and pipeline progress in the applicant tracking system
- Support offer coordination and handoff to onboarding teams with accuracy and urgency
- Share process feedback and recruiting insights to help improve hiring speed and efficiency

Requirements
- Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, call center operations, recruiting, or another fast-paced, people-focused environment is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships by phone, video, and email
- Hightly organized with the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities at once
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment with clear goals and deadlines
- Resourceful, responsive, and motivated to keep things moving
- Positive attitude and strong sense of ownership
- Experience using an ATS is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
