Counter Intelligence Campaign Manager with Security Clearance

About the role

The Counterintelligence Campaign Manager will provide program level support to engage customers on program capabilities. This role will create and run campaigns based on information gathering and stakeholder management, to gain a complete understanding of what mission users are seeking, and also of the campaign workflow.

Responsibilities

• Create and run campaigns based on information gathering and stakeholder management
• Gain a complete understanding of what mission users are seeking and the campaign workflow
• Work with the PMO to coordinate activities and requirements with mission managers and technical teams
• Understand and build relationships with end users while creating value
• Prioritize tasks to achieve the most efficient and effective execution of project objectives

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Program Management
• 8+ years of related experience in Counterintelligence analysis and/or Counterintelligence support
• Experience providing direct support to Government IT Program Managers managing multiple intelligence community programs
• Experience creating and running campaigns using stakeholder management and relationship building techniques
• A strong understanding of what mission users are seeking and the campaign workflow
• The ability to build relationships with users and create value
• The ability to be forward-leaning
• Experience with OneNote and its use for daily/weekly program activity reports, status, and program metrics for senior leadership and stakeholders
• A deep understanding and experience working within the intelligence community (IC)
