Event Associate
About the role
This is an entry-level, on-site position that combines live-event execution with face-to-face marketing and audience engagement. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others. This is a hands-on, in-person position. This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment.
Responsibilities
- Represent campaigns at events, venues, and promotional sites
- Engage attendees and explain products, services, or initiatives
- Assist with event setup, displays, materials, and logistics
- Capture feedback and support campaign goals
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and dependable; comfortable initiating conversations; organized and adaptable; able to work effectively as part of an on-site team. Prior related experience is helpful but not required where training is provided.
